Project title: donation of walker and toilet seat for recovering mothers and elderly patients of gynae
A walker and a raised toilet seat were donated to the Gynaecology Department, Deen Dayal upadhyay (Ripon)Hospital, Shimla by Inner Wheel Club of Shimla on August 19, 2026, to help recovering mothers and elderly patients move safely and easily. President IWC Shimla Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawla said the main motive of donation was,”To help patients walk after surgery and use the bathroom safely.” The walker and seat was sponsored Mrs. Ashmita Shukla club secretary. Donation was done under the guidance of Dr. Himang Jharaik (Gynae department).
Members present for the event were Dr. Kusha Pandit Chawla, vice president Mrs. Sonia Arora, secretary Mrs. Ashmita Shukla and joint secretary Mrs. Priyanka Vats.
